Ok when you join a server and you have to download it's contents to enter the game, Where does this go?, in your UT2004 folder somewhere?:)

It all goes to the cache folder in your ut2004 directory. The file cache.ini contains the description of what all those .uxx files really are.

If you join alot of server's and download alot of stuff from them, does all this downloading to join bog anything down after awhile?:)

Personally I haven't noticed anything getting bogged down. I usually stick to a few favorite servers and have over 200 onslaught maps that I've downloaded separately so I don't need to leech them off the servers whenever I join. Actually after a certain amount of time the stuff in your cache gets automatically deleted, so I doubt it'll get too full.

I always hated that about UT2k4. I wish these damn games would download it all so you would then have it for yourself. I know its more to DL and would be more load on the server... but still :p
