Cool!!
I actually purchased my BFG 7800gs yesterday. :)

I will be installing it tomorrow after work and will play this weekend.
Then on Monday I will post how it plays vs my current 6800nu.

evga is selling "superclocked" versions of the 7800 gs at 460mhz/1350mhz. Looks pretty impressive, I'm pretty loyal to BFG but the clock on the evga is hard to pass up.

Holy cow, and I have a discount at EVGA, maybe I will be switching out for the EVGA. But I like the tech support at BFG so much I will have to really think about this. :(

I really like BFG but they messed up only overclocking the 7800 gs oc to 400/1250mhz. Im probably going to get the evga 7800 gs co superclocked card that runs 460/1350mhz. That will make it definetly worth the upgrade for me since I don't oc.

Why only 16 pipes though?? Even though I would love a new video card to replace my old 6800GT I just don't see the 7800gs offering that much of an improvement to justify the $350 dollar pricetag. Had they released the card with similar specs to the GT, it would have been a no brainer upgrade.

Oh well, at least they are totally ignoring us AGP users. :)

Why do people keep whinning about the $350 price tag?? There are models priced under $300.

I just ordered the evga geforce 7800 gs co superclock clocked at 460mhz/1350mhz directly from evga. Can't wait for it to show up, I'm so happy to be able to now have agp fastwrites on again and to have working purevideo. Maybe when I get it I'll actually bother purchasing the purevideo decoder.

After looking over about 8 reviews where they overclocked the card from various vendors I found the average overclock to come out to about 490/1400 roughly - not too shabby.

Does anyone know if any of the manufacturers will be making a Dual DVI version of the 7800 GS? I've been looking around but havent seen anything about it.
