Restrict certain Websites

How do you set IE to not be able to go to certain websites? For instance, at work here, I do not want them going to websites and downloading crap and playing all day on the web. so how do I restrict a few websites so that they can do their work but not play on hotmail all day?

use a HOSTs file or a PAC.

i'm also sure there is software that does it.

most people aren't smart enough to figure out that one. heh.

Hosts files are also usefull for manually blocking pop-ups. Just stick the URL and match it to 127.0.0.1 Redirects those url's to nothing
