didn't say I liked SIS, but it shows that AM2 is getting closer to release if someone wants to get their stuff on the market. SIS is the ATI of the chipset industry, unstable!

Agreed completely. My first AMD board was an old SiS 745 chipset and it was the biggest POS ever.

Never, EVER again will I use them by choice.

Ive used a few SIS chipset boards and I really havent had any problems with them. I had an ECS K7S5A with an SIS735 (i think?) chipset... that was a pretty good board.

But yeah, nForce all the way now :)

As a computer store owner, I'd take SIS chipsets over anything else for AMD processors. For Intel cpu's nothing beats Intel chipsets.

If you buy good motherboards with SIS chipsets they will be good, but if you buy the cheapest crap available with those chipsets of course they will suck. Same goes for any other chipset manufacturer.
