It is the inquirer ....but if true the nv31 and nv34 are nothing to be scoffed at eh?

Unlike xbitlabs which reckoned nv31 to be a 4X1 architecture....

It'll be interesting to see what happens over @ rage3d forums when the FX finally makes it out the door...

Most people that have any clue about video cards are expecting the FX to be faster than the 9700, so don't think people are going to start bawling when they see the FX perform higher. Actually I'm sure they will be anxious that the FX comes out knowing that not much later the R350 will arrive.

Now Nvidia is namecalling?? ...Things are hard enough without some of the partners behaving like wayward little boys, she reckoned.

Nvidia seems pretty paranoid.....Blaming everyone but themselves for this horribly delayed card...

The NV34 is a low-end apart and they won't name it "5600" if the NV31 is "5400". If anything it'll be the other way round. I'd expect an "Ultra" and "non-Ultra" version of each part (at least) too.
