Why can't I set an application profile in the driver?

I know I could before, but now the function is gone, its greyed out. I can't add a new game or anything. What the scoop?

I'm using coolbits with 1a value data...

Uninstall and reinstall the driver. It would seem your nvapps.xml file in the %systemroot%\system32 directory is corrupt or missing.

Instead of (un)installing the driver again you could try replacing the nvapps.xml file manually. But make sure you expand it first.

c:\nvidia\81.98>expand nvapps.xm_ nvapps.xml
c:\nvidia\81.98>copy nvapps.xml c:\windows\system32\
