good (free) md5 util

I'm looking for a good md5 checker for XP that will check dir's and possibly have shell integration.

I've tried some from download.com but most reviews have been tainted by the author of the program(s)

I'm also looking for something without any spyware....duh

Any recommendations would be appreciated

Just get UnixUtils.zip, it has md5sum
