I am building my own system and I am looking to buy a decent video card under 200 bucks if possible. I am currently looking at the XFX GeForce 6600gt. Is that one good? Good enough to run decent graphics at least? Also, if I want to hook up two monitors, do I need 2 graphics cards? And, what is the advantage of having two graphic cards over one as I have seen on some systems?

$150 for a 6800GS is a steal

It depends, are you using AGP or PCI-E?

PCI-E (Assuming that means PCI-Express?)
