The card is 3 months old & has never been overclocked or physically altered in anyway.

I did register it with eVGA so you might not get lifetime warranty. Purchased 11/30/05 from newegg.com

I did removed the UPC from the box for a rebate offer.

Once is registered. You cant get any warranty, So it will consider as OEM. Unless they let you transfer (i doubt it)

I just checked eVGA's website & they have my card (N516) at 460/1100. [ Link (http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=256-P2-N516-AX&family=22) ]
Seems mine came with a slighty higher core clock. (470)

The N517 7800GT has the same core & clock as my N516 model. [ Link (http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=256-P2-N517-AX&family=22) ]
They are the same card with copper cooling, but I guess you pay a little more for the 10mhz core overclock with the N517 that they gave me for free. :)

I have been gaming for the last 3 months with Quake 4, DOOM 3, Half-Life 2 without any problems.

As for warranty, I have e-mailed eVGA & hope for a respond soon about what kind of warranty the buyer will get, if any.

I called them about if the warranty is transferable, and they said "NO". If you registered the card, the only person can benefits warranty is You.

Okay, thanks for the response, burpy. I just looked at my card and it's an N518, so I will look that up. I have mine oc'd right now at 490/1100 with no problems. I'd still like to have a copper heatsink. I might have to go 3rd party on that one...hmmmm. Good luck in your sale.

EDIT: I forgot to mention my stock speeds are 445/1070.
