I have 2 CPUs that I want to overclock using stock HSF and good cooled case.

How high can an AMD64 3000+ and AMD64 3200+ (both venice) hit using voltyage between 1.45-1.50 using AMD stock HSF?

This isn't a question that can be answered by anyone but you. You COULD get it as high as probably 2.8GHz...maybe even a little bit more, but it depends on your CPUs. They may not be good overclockers. The only way you're ever going to know is if you stop asking and go do it!

The only way to find out is to start overclocking and see how high they will go,since ever chip is different some overclock great and some just barely overclock over there default clock.

with stock cooling you should be able to easily push it to 2.4ghz with now issues what so ever, buy a good after market cooler, may suggest one from Aeseks'vapo chil hsf and I run my cpu 24/7 at 2.6ghz with max temps under load never exceeding 40degrees, they are both very good cpu for the money and when oced will outperform most of Intel's higher clocked cpu, the 3200 has more multipyer is really the only difference and it cost @$50 more because of this NOTE* 939 chipset
