I have Emachine computer AMD 3200 athlon 64 bit processor with 1 GB RAM and 160 GB hard disk. I have loaded Linux centos v4.2, kernel 2.6.9-22.EL. The ethernet card is 'nVidia Corporation MCP51 Ethernet Controller (rev a1). While booting Linux the ethernet card is not recognized and failing with the following error messages. "Device eth0 has different MAC address than expected, ignoring".
How do I resolve this issue?
If it is a driver issue, what is the matching driver to fix this problem.
Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

thanks
