There are no problems with NV30 chip or its drivers.
Its just that NV driver team has been unable to tackle this problem ...

EDIT: The original rumours that NV30 production lines are on mars have no relevance to delay. Nvidia accounted for that from early on and orbital deliveries have been on schedule.

On a brighter note, nVidia seems on track for their 4th of February limited avaibility release.
Note the "limited avaibility"...
The only reason I can find for reviews still not being out are:
1. Driver
2. Fear that ATI knows exactly what their R350 will be against.
