I think you know why these are up for sale ;) I have 2 eVGA 7800GTX 512MB's. These cards have the latest BIOS flashed to each, and were taken care of well of course :) I have the cards, and most of the accessories, but I am missing a few cables, and the COD2 games.

Hmmm... for price... $425 each? Lets try that :)

Heatware ID= jAkUp

Yea, theres only one comment there, but you gotta start somewhere right? ;)

Paypal only please!

But seriously...man, $425 is so awesome. I just wish I didn't have to save up for a car and pay rent. :(

Another bump for a great deal and great guy.

7900GT's outperform 7800GTX's and the 7900's only cost $299.

So I'll take BOTH 7800GTX's for $425.

Take the $$$ and run!!!

I don't think the 7900GT outperforms the 7800 GTX 512. He is selling the 512s not the regular 7800 GTX. The GTX 512 actually holds up very well against the 7900GTX.

7900GT's don't even come close to the 7800GTX 512's.

I dont think you would get away saying such childish things in person.

Just check the reviews on the 7900GT's.

And by the way you can stuff both of those cards for some good FPS.

Alright buddy, incase you didn't notice a 512MB buffer is pretty important in games like Battlefield 2, F.E.A.R. and OBLIVION (the real test of SLI). The question wasn't whether the 7900 GTs were "good", it was their comparison to the 7800 GTX 512 cards that you pointed out a few posts above.

The GTX 512 cards are far superior to the 7900 GT and I challenge you to find a benchmark that proves otherwise. So take your little 16 posts, and ATi 9800 Pro (or whatever cheap-ass thread crappers like you run these days) and get the hell out of here.

Bump for jakUp, a real class act on these forums, don't thread crap his EXTREMELY FAIR sale. Whoever buys these will be very happy.

I agree the 512's make a big difference.
The reviews I checked are showing the 7900GT as beating the 7800GT's and keeping up with the 7800GTX 512's.
With that perspective in mind, I'd rather buy two new 7900GT's for $600 total than more for older cards.
As we all know graphic cards come and go with time.
Remember when GeForce TI 500 cards were the cream of the crop.
I bought one back then. Then came along TI4200's that cost less and performed as good and better. Same thing now.
