Hey guys I'm thinking of buying a LCD TV this summer that runs on HDTV components and cna do 720p and 1080i so my 360 looks better. At the same time I also wanna do some PC gaming. I'm thinking something along the lines of this:

Any recommendations?

BTW, HDMI prolly matters cause of Vista and that LCD has it.

The Westinghouse LVM-37W1 is the only LCD TV in existence that can do true 1080p. If you ever want to play PC games at 1920x1080, then that is the monitor to get. It is low priced and supposedly has pretty good picture quality. You can find it at bestbuy if you want to try it out with their 30 day return policy.

A lot of people think "westinghouse...thats a noname brand, can't be good" but it has gotten pretty good reviews on AVS. (Ironically, westinghouse was the first company to ever make a TV.)

Well 37 inches is a bit too big for me, I dunno if I'll need 1080p since 360 cant do that and I won't really be watching tv on those. Plus 1200-1300 is already maxing out what I want to spend on this, so 1700 is too much :\

Anywhere between 26-28 inches is what I'm looking at.

I've actually seen it go for $1400 before. Every now and then different places have it on sale. BTW, PC games won't do 1080i. It's either 1080p or something lower.

Well I wanna get something good for my 360, 720/1080 with a decent desktop resolution for PC and PC gaming. The Samsung I linked has just that, the Westin has only a 1280x720 desktop resolution.
