Put it on Ebay as a last resort. I couldn't sell my EVGA NF41 on any forums for two weeks or so. Had to put it on Ebay and it was sold within a day. Good luck!

7900GT's outperform 7800GTX cards AND COST LESS $$$$.

Everybody is now unloading thier 7800's.

I'll give u $200 for ur 7800GTX. Take the $200 and buy yourself a 7900GT!!!

It says he already upgrade, so I would image he has a 7900 card. He'd be a fool to sell it for $200, he could get more than that on eBay.

Yeah, people on Ebay are so stupid they'll buy empty boxes. And I agree with jazak on the price. 7800 GTX 256 cards are worth about 150-200 now. Let me know if you don't have any luck on ebay though. I'm looking for one of these. Just not at a higher price than a 7900.

Very tempting, and good price too. I'll have to think about it. I really could use it to finally make my rig SLI.

nice price on the card. but really come on now 150-200 for a 7800gt. i seen a couple of gt's at 200.00 that was for oem nothing else but the card. some did the dump an rush for the new stuff. the markets stable at 220-250 for the gt's now for nice retail with warranty. if your budget cant afford the new 7900 line. this is bfg 7800 gtx is a steal. gl

I wouldn't call a card that's about 40 bucks more than a higher performing 7900 gt a "steal". But whatever. So I stand by what I said before. 256 meg 7800 GTX cards are worth around 150-200 now, used. And I certainly wouldn't pay more than the price of a new 7900 GT new for a new 7800 GTX, since the 7900 GT is basically the same card, but better performing due to the higher clocks it has compared with the 7800 GTX.

Or by your logic, I could buy a pair of 7900 GTs, then sell my 7800s and actually end up about 75-100 bucks ahead from the deal and have higher performing cards. And that just seems wrong on a number of levels.

Anyway, it would've been a great price a month ago. But Nvidia themselves cut the legs out from under the market for 7800 parts. And what people are asking for them has nothing to do with what they're actually worth. Hell, I could post my 486 DX-100 chip at a 100 since I paid 150, but that wouldn't make the chip worth that. So I'd buy it right now for 200 + shipping, or maybe go 225 if the poster covers shipping. But that would be my top offer.
