unlocking geforce 6800 agp can make damage for the card in the future

if i unlock the card and i didn't find any problem should i keep it, or maybe after some time, the card will become bad ?

No you canīt damage it, its a software mod, and the risk is even less than flashing your card with a new bios for instance. I run my card unlocked and overlocked for over 15 months now.
