separate 6 and 7 series boards

isnt it time this message board was sepated into 6 and 7 series ,just a suggestion.

Feature wise the 6 and 7 series are very similar so it make sense to keep them together. Once the G80 come out there will probably be another board.

It would be nice to have seperate boards especially with all the 7900 issues lately. Seriously though, who cares, it doesn't hurt anybody either way.

I disagree. I think the 6 and 7 series are comparable to a point. When the 8 series arrives, maybe then its time fresh start and move 6 AND 7 to legacy or just create another forum i.e. Have an 8 series forum, a 6 & 7 series forum and a FX/TNT and older forum.

The Geforce 6 and 7 series features sets are comparable and will remain in the same forum. Once the 8 series is released, we'll look at forum maintenance in that area. Like to keep things as tidy as possible and having a seperate forum for every new series of cards that are released defeats that purpose.
