View Full Version : How do you limit the bandwidth of a pc, using ICS on a LAN?

I've got 2 PC's LANed that uses Internet Connection Sharing over my dial-up. Is there a way to limit the other pc to a certain amount of bandwidth.

A Linux machine could easily do this with wondershaper or CBQ, however, if you wanted a Win32 solution you could look at http://www.bandwidthcontroller.com I've used this in the past on a SUS server to throttle TCP 80 traffic.
