http://www.extreme.outervision.com/ This is where i got my recommendations for PS in my SLI setup.

It says 2 or 4 processors but with the choice of x2 from AMD does that count as 2 processors or 1 CPU in Dual Core mode for system type.

The model of CPU is AMD 64 x2 4400 but system type is single chip or when doing the calculations do i have to choose dual type like 2 sockets?

System Type is based on physical (single chip) processor(s) NOT multi core processors. Multi core processor counts as single physical processor.

I will add this to the next release because a few people were confused as well ;)
