Just a quick question. What sort of overclocks have you got out of those cards watercooled?

Overclocked Core memory up to 700MHz and Memory Clock Frequency is at 1810 Temps read at idle 41c and 48c when is use. I think I could still hit higher clock speeds if I tweak the settings. I still need to do benchmarks and cycle runs to get the best settings over all.

Anyone else watercooling their 7800's or 7900's like me?

Nice setup! I don't wanna be mean, but you need to do a little more cable management in there. I know it's not easy to do, but it would make it look a lot nicer. One suggestion would be to run the sata / power cables around the back of the drives. It would be sweet if you could reverse mount those hd coolers, so the drives cables are hidden, and only the liquid side shows.

Very sweet rig otherwise. I really wanna know what temps everything is running. I've considered trying to make a setup like that with all that water cooling. Does that just have 1 pump? I want to know how you set it all up cause that looks like a ton of plumming.

EDIT: One more thing, where did you get all of those parts, I see you have a bunch of splitters, then a few main tubes that feed the smaller ones?

Very nice setup. I wish those VGA blocks would fit 7900GTs in SLI.

Ummmm yea ..... what did that cost ??? 4,000 or 5,000

The setup took about two days. Watercooling transfer heat 40 times faster then a heatsink fan method. Once Windows Vista comes out I'll upgrade to 4GB of DDR2 Memory and be set for awhile.

True, I'm sure Koolance is working on it.

I'm about to w-cool my 7900GT's. I w-cooled (and V-modded) my 7800GT's from day one till I sold them.

I *will* make it look better this time with the 7900GT-s. The case wasn't exactly a beauty inside. A LianLi PC50 is one small case. :o

Revised wire configuration setup.

That looks a lot better! That made a huge difference to the looks of the case. Now I can actually see the Cosair Ram that was hidden before. Definitely an awesome setup now!

Dual 7900 GTX cards. New PSU arrives soon, so the cards no longer starve.:)

Nice! How are those innovatek blocks? What kinda temps?

Would it be better to feed both blocks via a y adapter from the source then to feed the second block with hot water from the first?

Just wonder but it looks damn sweet. Love those blocks over DD's I had.

They are both the same temp. The warmer card is first then the cooler card second in line. I checked the performance specs of each card, stock then arranged them accordingly so they woudl operate at the same temps. Most cards are +/-2 degrees from each other. With the fans all on low, the cards idle around 35C and load to about 40C. With the rad fans turned up beyond silent, idle temps are around 30C and load at 35C.

I had the DangerDen block. Did not have good clamping pressure on the memory, so that part did not OC as well. With these blocks I can do 729/900. New PSU arrives Friday. I have been getting slow downs and weird behavior with the OCZ. So, will get to try out some SLI benches, soon. :D

And, jAkUp, rudedog, those are some sweet spec'd systems you have there.

I might try putting an extra fan near my two video cards in sli mode later.
I know that I'm not going to water cool my hard drives since they can have fans blowing on them both. More less, I'll focus on water cooling only the two GTX 7900's and the cpu.

Are you water cooling any of your hard drives? :D

Yes these blocks are hot! I had them on the 7800 SLI. I think innovatek has some of the best GPU blocks around. Personaly I used the blocks for 6800 Ultra series and 7800. Temps were nice all the time. But the OC difference is not that much better... I stay with air cooling for the moment.

They keep things nice and cool, but, the cards already did 720/875 on air with the stock coolers. Shows how effective the stock HSF is on the NVIDIA. But, the watercooling took 5 minutes for each card to set up and a couple of minutes to get in place, so it was not too much effort. The cards now stay much cooler at load, which is where I was most concerned.

And, no, no hard drive cooling. With the fans on high, the cards idle at 22C and the CPU is around 23C. I think that is what you were getting at ;)

I prefer the silence and a little more heat. When I do bench runs, the fans are definitely on high.

I ordered the extra Koolance liquid I'll need in order to reconfigure my setup.
Another thing I used for thermal paste was Artic Silver's Céramique on the GPU and GDDR3 Memory. It's suppose to be above them all. Céramique is made by Artic Silver. Which do you think I should use when I go to reconfigure everything? because reviews are saying Artic Silver Céramique takes the lead!

Awesome work guys. Those cases take more time and effort than ill ever put into a computer. :)
