coolbits question

Can you raise the max on the memory slider for overclocking? Mine stops at 816.

I don't think it can be raised as it will affect the performance. Make sure your graphics card is cool.

Try Rivatuner. It still uses coolbits to overclock, but it might let you select higher frequencies.

One question though, does your card run at 816 Mhz with no artifacts? If it doesn't, then don't raise it anymore. This is the first I've heard where the slider doesn't go far enough..
