Hi there,

i wanna install the graphic drivers and I started "NVchooser.sh" to check my needs. It tell me that I have to install *-1.0-4191.suse81.i386.rpm. The GLX-file with i386 is able to download but the kernel file only exists with i586 - so what can I do?

Thanx for your help!

Use the i586.rpm package - it's the rigth one.

i386 means compiled for use with 386 CPU and above
i586 means compiled pentium optimized

If you use SuSE 8.1 most off the packages are pentium optimized.
SuSE above Version 8.0 don't work on 386 CPU's
