I need to know what program I could download that could effectively remove all viruses/spyware/adware. Any input would be greatly appreciated.:)

NOD32 for AV and Windows Defender for ad/spyware is the combo I use.

ewido anti-Malware
Sysinternals Autoruns, Rootkit Revealer
Icesword
F-Secure blacklight
Hijackthis
Spybot Search & Destroy

Of course there are many more but if your PC is still infected after running all these I will kiss your ... ahem .. foot. ;)
