6600gt , should i go sli ?

hi all. i am new to this forum stuff and could do with some advise. i am running an nvidia 6600gt 256. ok, now i have gone off the idea of buying a 360 console and considering going for the nvidia 7900gt or ultra.... any preferance or better then please say. i would get a pair and put on an asus sli board. what i would like to know is would there be a greater improvement from my existing card to make me go WOW !!!!!!!!!! . processor is 64bit 3200 athlon with 2gb 400mem. if anybody have other ideas for cards then there say would be much apreatiated. also i am not keen to go to radeon.... sorry, had quite a few and not keen. thanks for taking time to read.craig.

I'd say the 7900GT would do you just fine and you would get that WOW your looking for.

hi, thanks for your input. would that card be one of the best or is there a better ? gt / gtx oc ??? 7900 or higher. thanks for any info.craig. .... oh yes, would this near match a 360 console and would my processor be ok, athlon 3200 + 64bit.
