I hope that the lesson from this disaster that is the GF FX will be learnt well by Nvidia.

A) Bandwidth is KING. Go for wider buses over exotic memory solutions that doesn't do much except to add to the higher cost.

B) Please don't ever make a Dustbuster/Leafblower cooling solution again. It's just so wrong for something to sound louder than a Black Label Delta fan. :(

C) Put to use the damned IP and tech gained from 3dfx & Gigapixel. Keeping the useless, slow FSAA from GF4 is just not gonna cut it anymore.

D) Image Quality is KING. Please improve your FSAA implementations.

This is just my own imho feelings & thoughts about this. Feel free to comment, flame or whatever.

P.S. Mr. Jen-Hsun, Sir, I hope you'll get your house in order and sort out this mess.

Very well said DSC. 100% support your comments.
One more thing to add, improve the anisotropic filtering quality as well.

Just wanted to add a few more things

Please never again release cards with the anistropic bug like in the GF4 Ti. It's really bad when your flagship card at that time can't do anisotropic filtering without killing all performance compared to its predecessor.

I don't know if the DXT1 bug is fixed or not, but please don't allow what happened in GF1-4 to repeat itself. The colour space dithering workaround in GF4 just isn't good enough. Fix it once and for all, please.
