7900 & 7600 for AGP

I'm having my doubts. Anyhow, I'm already in the process of switching to PCI-e. Going so far as to get SLi even. :D

Should be a nice bump up from my 6800GT.

At this point I may as well wait since my 7800GS can carry me until I get a new system at the end of the year. I prefer waiting until the second revisions of new motherboards are out anyway. The release of Crysis will basically be the game that forces my hand regardless.

Actually, you may just be surprised how well Crysis could play on your GS. It might play just fine, granted you wont be getting the best graphically, but definitely not the worst either.

There will be a RV560 based ATI Radeon X1700 and there will be competition in the mainstream AGP market at least.

Well, it is too little too late for me. I'm already delving into SLi. So far, there really isn't much on AGP that can offer significantly better performance than my current 6800GT.
