View Full Version : Favorite peer to peer software?
While I wait to see if I have a job, how about answering this question:
What is your favorite peer to peer software?
( ie: Direct Connect, etc... )
:D

KaZaA Lite for me. My connection isn't fast enough to warrant use of eDonkey. :(
I used to love Direct Connect, though most hubs there now require INSANELY large shares...

Bah!
P2P is.....blah
I much prefer usenet as I don't download music. With usenet, I don't have to share files, and I don't run as much risk of downloading a virus or spyware that's been re-named.

Nah, just get a decent news server. Now the only incomplete files I run across are because the poster didn't know what he/she was doing. ;)

I can’t believe you people. You are not just reaping off the record/software industry but also hard working musicians and software engineers. You are costing people their jobs and stifling the industries whose products you love so much. You people should be ashamed. Ashamed I say.
Definitely ed2k.
Why bother with single mp3s when you can download whole albums, which you now have been encoded well.
Haven't you ever exchanged or borrowed a book or magazine in your whole life? :D
