Bought a 360 premium, the $399.99 with the hard drive, also bought a vga adapter and knockout kings 3

Can you guys suggest some other games, aside from GRAW, which I will be buying tomorrow.

How's PGR3? I have need for speed most wanted on pc, is pgr 3 graphically more impressive?

And what is xbox 360, I heard the ati card is a unified shader architecture that fully supports dx10. Is this true?

The ATI Chip in the X360 does have Unified Shaders (48 pipelines) but is only partially supports DX10 effects, not the entire API.

As for PGR3, It is the most graphically impressive racing title on the X360 as of now, I don't like its gameplay much. I think RR6 is better but I also never been a fan of the PGR Series.

I would recommend Top Spin 2, Burnout Revenge and Kameo.

BurnOut Revenge I feel is the best fun-playing racing game on xbox 360

PGR3 is also another great racing great with awesome graphics and cars, which I feel is better than RR6.

I'm a huge fan of Call of Duty 2 so I went out and bought it for the 360 :) TombRaider is also a winner! Have fun, enjoy your system! :D

PGR3 can be found for under $40 on Ebay so definitely pick it up. Kameo is another must buy for it's amazing visuals and unique gameplay. If you haven't played COD2 on a PC then I recommend picking that up as well.

Definitely get Kameo, it's gorgeous and really entertaining. PGR3 is good too, especially online. The Tru-skill rating system works well, every match gives you some challenge and a genuine chance of winning, even if you suck.:)

im unable to get the 1280x1024 option on my 360 using the vga adapter, anyone have any idea as to why? My monitor supports up to 1600x1200 and i know 1280x1024 is an option, well its supposed to be, but all I get is 1280x768 and then 1360x768 no 1280x1024 =/ Using a 19" crt

PGR3 looks great, but I can't say I like the gameplay. For me it's boring, and quite hard online. I'm used to less realistic driving games.. slamming on the emergency brake while going into a turn @ 200mph. :o I learned that you can't really do that in PGR3.

BF2:MC is pretty sweet. I like it better than the PC version of BF2, I think. Of course, you can download demos of pretty much all the released games on the Live Marketplace to try em' out before you buy. :D

Make sure you have the Aspect Ratio setting on 4:3. It is the setting below Screen Resolution on System Settings > Display IIRC.

turned out a xbox live update was needed to allow 1280x1024 to become an option, I was so into the problem I hadnt even tried live. Got it working now. :D

PGR3 - imo is the best racer on the 360 at the mo. it looks stunning and is great to play once you get the hang of it. dont let the realism side of it put you off, its an awsome game!

FNR3 - honestly its incredible! its the best looking game on the 360 and is so much fun to play. dont miss out on this one its awsome!!! my fave game so far.

I cant recommend these two enough their just amazing games!

If your after a fps then get either cod2 or condemned. both very good games. cod2 has more action in it but condemned is more creepy. depends what you prefer.
