Now THAT Is reasonably sized to fit in most cases. This could really boost Quad-SLI as a viable option.

Looks good. I will be happy with one of those cards and a nice 20 inch monitor.

Would a Quad make that big of a difference over the two 7900GTX 512mb in SLI ,What I mean is there going to be enough CPU power to get the full benifits out of a Quad system.

At 16 x 12 or higher with maxed AA/AF and all detail options, the CPU isn't much of an issue at all. But, of course, a faster CPU never hurts neither. ;)

Nice find! No wonder with 500/1200 clocks the HSF looks more like the 7900GT cooler now rather than 7800GTX style cooler on 7900GX2.

Anyone else noticed that there is only one 6pin PCIe power connector and one SLI bridge on each 7950GX2? Nice improvements over 7900GX2 I say.

NICE, NICE, NICE!!!

With a soundcard wedged in between those babies, I wonder what kind of heat issues this might produce?

I think they should have gone with an optional external power source like the ASUS Dual 7800GT (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121213R)'s.
