backing up character?

What files do I need to save to backup my Oblivion character? At level 20 Id like be able to save all that progress just in case the worst case scenario. I think I only have to backup the folder My Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves but I would like to be sure just in case. Sorry if this has been asked before I did search but didnt find anything.

Yep, thats all you have to do as far as I know. I've done it a few times :)

I always backup the Saves file after each play.
