ur gonna want a new CPU and PSU. 2.1 Ghz and 350W with a next gen card is a wee bit puny mate.

damn. that's what mine runs at stock but for like $900 less. u little *****. haha yea PSU is a must. I got a 700WSLI and I gotta go to 850W or 1,000W for the new GeForce 7950's SLI (QUAD BABY) holy crap I'm gonna need alot of power.

yep, its pretty awsome, it only gets 1C hotter and loops benchmarks for hours without a crash, i havnt even bumped the voltage yet, i could probobly get even higher. Ive heard the 3200+ can do better, but im happy with what ive got. The only thing i could ask for is more cache (its only 512KB L2)

So does anyone actually have a 7600gt dont mean to steal my own thread back

hmmmm... maybe I should downgrade and spend the money on hookers. (naw) damn right I'm going AMD 3200+ today. holy crap that's good. and there's some forum here that says AMD is crap and Intel rules. yes they know everything.

well infinity, it seems as if the 6600GT benchmarks around the same scores as the 7600GS minus a few points, so its definatly going to be a step up, probobly about 25% better

I just upgraded from 6600gt to 7600gt. It's definatly much faster and performs roughly like a x850xt or 6800U. But it's much more power-efficient than both. I even think its less powerhungry than the 6600gt.
