I need some help deciding which corsair memory modules to purchase.

Iím deciding between the TWIN2X2048-8500C5 and the TWIN2X2048-6400C4.

I understand that both are SLI certified and have EPP.

My questions have to do with using them at 1066 MHZ on an nvidia based Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard.

1. Would both of these memories be able to work at 1066 mhz on this motherboard? Or only the 8500C5 ones?

2. Would relaxing the timings on the 6400C4 memory to 5-5-5-15 allow it to work at 1066 mhz?

3. Does the 8500C5 run at 4-4-4-12 at 800mhz?

4. The price difference between these is huge: the 6400C4 is $270, the 8500C5 is $450. If only the 8500C5 can reach 1066 MHZ is it worth the extra money?

I haven't been able to find the answers to these questions ( i know these just came out, but any help would be appreciated)

I have been wondering the same also myself. I have ordered 1GB of Corsair PC6400C5 for now then later get the higher end hits i can't splash out that much on memory if i can't get the most out of it.
