I have looked everywhere and I cannot find a place that can tell me what is the maximum temperature that my vid card can take.

I need to know if 76C while playing World of Warcraft is too hot and could be causing my computer to reboot automatically.

I own a GeForce 6200 w/Turbocache

Thank you in advance.

Nope, 72C is fine. I would check your RAM with MEMTEST.

Actually I did that several days ago and it ran fine for hours.

My CPU is fine at 48C

My MB is fine at 28C

But, for some reason, my computer likes to reboot itself constantly (yes, i have 'Restart my Computer' unchecked also).

This has been going on for weeks.

I want to try to trace my connection, but I forgot how to do that :o

What Powersupply do you have and CPU aswell... It "could" be going over 48C prior to reboot.

Random reboots are usually caused by PSU, CPU (sometimes) and RAM. On GPU Overheat you usually only get the game crashing to the desktop.

I have a 400W PSU, an Athlon 64 3200+....

I can run any game fine, even other online games like DDO and GW, but just on WoW does this happen.

More important to what wattage your psu states is the brand. Only quality psu's can be trusted ,generic never good. A generic PSU saying 400w is more likely about 270w or something like that.

If WoW is the only game you have problems with, I'd say it's more of a software issue than a hardware one. Have you tried different drivers for your video card and/or motherboard?
