I just got done reinstalling windows and when I try to access my Storage HD to get at my backups explorer locks up as soon as I click on the folder. Now I can click on the files and even scroll through the base dir but once a folder is clicked it locks up...
This is a fresh windows install with the latest chipset drivers installed for my motherboard. Not beta versions.
UPDATE:
Seems that its not the actual Hard Drive, I can run tests on it through MS performance wizard, Disk Scan and even Defrag. Just can't access the folders without explorer locking up on me.
