has anyone noticed that the names of many parts of oblivionare real words or names of real people? Kvatch is the german word for "nonsense," only spelled Qvatch. Anvil is obvious. I think springheel jack was a real pickpocket in victorian england. It's like every once and a while i see something and think "that was in oblivion!" Is this just me being crazy, or has anyone else noticed this?
Nope cant say i noticed that at all!

Everquest does this ALOT.
Qeynos(one of your hometowns in the game) spelled backwards is SonyEQ
A mob called "My Finger" so when someone is telling the ranger/monk to pull they say "Pull My Finger!"
Zone called Everfrost Peaks is in Super Mario Kart Racing
Zone called Lake of Ill Omen is in Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
The frog that dropped the Tolapmuj Robe was named Tolapmuj. Read Tolapmuj backwards and it spells JumpAlot
And MANY MANY more.....
I know this is off topic, but EQ1 is great for little tidbits like that.
Some of the names have been taken from Tolkien world... Bruma for example is the name of an ancient Elven kindom, besides being an italian word that indicates the morning mist.
