I've purchased a GA-K8N51GMF motherboard to have a PCI-e slot without throwing away the rest of my rig.
I've been running this new mb for a week now, no problems so far but there's one thing odd about it. Since I installed the chipset drivers, the "remove hardware" icon appeared into the taskbar. The problem is that it points to the S-ATA hard disk. :retard:
Now, I understand S-ATA is hot swappable but it's kind of weird to have this icon shown all the time. Not to mention that once, upon unplugging a USB flash drive, I incorrectly "disconnected" the hard disks from Windows instead! :o
Anyone had the same problem. I swear it's the first time I see something like this.
