Can't Find Dual Core Patch

I was doing some maintenance and can't find the MS dual core patch for stuttering in games. Anyone know where its at?

If you have an AMD X2 CPU but sure to load the dual core cpu driver also (probably should do this first).

Do you actually have to do the reg thingy to with throttle? I thought that was kinda difficult for the average joe who just wants it to work. I did it and seen some speed in UT2K4.

Yeah, I think you're supposed to do the registry part also.

I think you should! despite that some of my friends with dual-cores dont seem to have issues without it.
as for the avarage joe .. well he's screwed in this kind of PC stuff :o

So its a given you need to add the throttle entry. I guess it does something.
