SWEET!

Any reviews of these out there yet?

I want to do an eVGA step up :D

jAkUp, any idea when they will be available from eVGA? I hope they dont wait until the 90 days runs out for all of us early 7900GTX buyers :(

EDIT: gah... i have till wednesday :o

Keep Your Eyes Peeled for all the Online Etailers to release them at about 9AM Pacific maybe earlier if they can kick it off around 6AM Pacific which will mean East Coast will be able to sell at 9AM Eastern Time.

BTW, Jakup already has a pair of these babies and they look pretty sweet on his DFI Lanparty Board. (nana2)

Hah! I knew it :D

If anyone finds any reviews anywhere, please PM me. Even if its just a forum post somewhere with some solid numbers. I really want to know ASAP if these are worth the hassle of doing a step up and moving to SLI. With only 1 or 2 days to do a step up (assuming they actually have one available) I need to decide FAST :p

SLI seems to be getting its kinks worked out, but like I said, if this isnt a HUGE performance boost across the board, I'll let it go.

I am guessing the ???? ??? in his sig means he already has them - he does have easy access to them after all!

No.... judging from old benchmarks it looks like 1 of these cards is somewhere in between One 7900GTX and Two in SLI. Or just think 7900GTX times 1.5... around that :D

Ok, just need clarification on this: Will this card run in properly in a non-SLI board like the Asus A8N-E? Will it work as it should even if the motherboard isn't SLI capable?

Thanks.

Actually it will work, check below for the motherboard supported list:

From the benches I have seen this looks to be a better deal than overclocked 7900GTs in SLi at 1600x and up with AA|AF active. Good job nVidia!

lol

My TT Tsunami is to shallow. I doubt one of these would even fit in there because the end of it would be up against the hard disc cage.

That's the dual 16x SLI board- I have the old fashioned dual 8x board :(
