According to the inquirer, Quad SLI will be officially supported at the end of summer, I believe they got this news from Nvidia at Computex. Regardlles if the dates true or not, I was stuck in the dill of a pickle with these cards. At least now I can breath easily knowing that even if I can use Quad SLI right away and have an extra 7950 laying around, I'll be pumping out some Quad Damage the end of summer :D

I'd take any promises of future driver support with a pinch of salt. Not just from nVidia but from anyone, especially when they come from an unofficial source.

Especially when they come from The Inquirer. Anyway it does look true since 7950GX2 reviews say Quad Sli will be enabled in a future driver release.
NV drivers are lacking at the moment however 4x SLi should be ready now for the amount of money one pays for!

Heh, seems amazingly cheap to me considering I paid $700 a piece for the 7800 GTX 512s.
Hmm rumors around says that we might get official QuadSLI drivers by the end of this month. ;)
beta-testers will be able to receive the driver one week before the release.
Cool, can't wait!
So do i!! i just hope the rumores turn out to be true.
Quad drivers + Conroe = w00t :D
Yup, can't wait for official support shortly :)

I'm pretty sure it's legit if Brian Burke says it. It's implied on the front page of NVNEWS right now...
We are really excited about the introduction of Intel Core 2 Duo into the marketplace, and we have a whole top-to-bottom family of products from the NVIDIA nForce4 and NVIDIA nForce 500 families, including the industry's only true dual x16 PCIe solution, as well as support for NVIDIA QuadSLI.

oh good! I'm ready for quad sli support. Right now games like Oblivion are still running at 15fps in some spots for me even at 640x480.. Right now I'm pretty sure quad sli does nothing.

They seem amazingly cheap in comparision to what I paid for the 7900GTX! Close to $800
