Lost my C: icon..after Vista Transform pack uninstall

Also i seem to get a error msg

"Product not installed!" everytime i start my PC :/.

Did you install/uninstall vtp4 in safe mode?

The c: icon missing after uninstall is apparently a known issue and should be fixed in version 5. Until then perhaps try repairing your icons using TuneUp Utilities 2006 (shareware).

Yea i uninstalled it in safe mode, also removed the 90 series nvidia driver as well..was getting so tired of that game exit..desktop frozen crap. Icon seem to have restored itself.

Also the product not found thing was related to Daemon tools old installtion. didnt get uninstalled properly

I have the missing icon problem also so let me know if you find the fix. I tried the repair icons feature of powertoys' tweakui but that didn't fix it.

It just fixed on its own..like maybe 1 restart later i think.
