right now i have my amd x2 at 2.4 ghz with ram at 333 underclocked from 400

I play games, mod cases, download gigs of stuff, do stuff like that 7900gt voltmodded

Do you think the extra speeds worth trying that THG 4 gigz thing, and also do they have a MATX board that would handle it?

what do you think my system would go for on ebay? 2 gigs of kingsten value ram,(w/o video card)

amd 3800s are still selling at 300, and ive had mine for 2 semesters so people will still pay for one, and overall
i think i might get money back

Also i have wc 202 evercool watercooling kit

-what do you guys think
(also downgrading to upgrade lol)

if youre referring to the Pentium D THG 4GHz thing, then id say no.

even overclocked to 4GHz, it doesnt perform that well. id stick with OCing an X2 as far as it can go.

Couldn't you just sell your CPU on Ebay and get a faster processor(talking about amd X2s)? Going Pentium would not be the right choice imho with the Core 2 Duo only a month away. :) But it could be a profitable choice to sell it now before the amd price cuts.
