Distribution of the Solaris Drivers

A quick question about the license of the Solaris Drivers. Does the License in the current form mean that the drivers need to be downloaded only from the Nvidia website, and that they can not be bundled up for distribution with an OpenSolaris distribution under the terms of 2.1.2 which only applies to Linux and FreeBSD environments.

If this is the case would it be possible change the license to allow a similar claus for OpenSolaris distributions as not all OpenSolaris distributions uses the Solaris pkgadd solution.

Yes, you may repackage the driver for OpenSolaris; the license ought to be updated in the foreseeable future.
