View Full Version : First Xbox 360 official bundle ?

Saw this today. It's a "limited MotoGP 2006 edition" in a white package with yellow strips. The bundle is sold for 429€ and includes an Xbox 360, an HD, a wireless joypad and Moto Gp2. I talked to the clerk and he said they received those packages with the rest of the restocks from Microsoft.

Isnīt it still missing a few items from the normal premium version? Maybe itīs an Italy only bundle since MotoGP is very popular in Italy?

Isn't premium = console + HDD + Wireless pad + HDTV cables ? They bundled the remote only for a brief period of time after christmas. I'm not sure if premium includes the wireless LAN adaptor.

Around here, prices have been dropping for a while. An HD can be purchased now for only 80€ (was 99 at launch) and many stores offers a core + HDD at 350€. Some launch games can be now picked up for 39.99 and even for less.Considering the slim revenues retailers have from hardware sales, such price cuts must have been somehow concorded with Microsoft.

I thought it did include the WLAN adaptor, and knew that the remote control was a part of the premium package for a limited time, but I checked the official Xbox website and they donīt mention the WLAN adaptor within the premium package anymore.

You were right about the prices. The premium version is 349€, and the HDD is 78€ (lowest prices) here in Germany as well.

Call it terrible marketing but Japan of all places got a FIFA edition bundle. You would think Europe would get it with the World Cup being in Germany and football much bigger there.

The 360 Premium bundle has NEVER included the WLAN adapter at any point in time.

For reference, I've had my 360 Premium since launch day.
