Kotaku is known for its anti Sony bias, so it shouldn't surpice to see this article appearing on that site. The video shows a PS3-like controller which was produced for the original Playstation. It should be noted also that the controller includes vibration, indirectly confirming that the main reason Sony won't include rumble is to avoid paying Immersion Technologies.
On a side note, I was somehow perplexed seeing the tilt control in action. I know myself and I'm pretty sure my wirsts would ache after a few minutes of use. I don't know how anyone can be looking forward to performing such convoluted movements with the pad. Even if I decide to purchase a PS3, no way I'm going to play any game using tilt.
