I have the retail packaging for this item. The memory thermal pads are NOT included. They were used up when I used this on my card. This is a blessing in disguise though because the pads that ship with this heatsink are so overly aggressive in stickiness that it was almost impossible to remove from my card. So when I reapplied the heatsink the second time, I used the ATI stock pads which worked just as good and made it easier to remove. The plastic tab on the right is also modified as it is trimmed shorter by a little bit. I had to do this for it to fit on my cards which used a modified oversized VRM heatsink.
