I just got my dls service turned on, and was wondering what kind of speeds I should be getting. I have the 3mb/s service, but I download at around 100kbsmax. Don't seem right, does it? 8 bits in one byte, or simply 3MB divided by 8 = 375KB/s , Right?? Help???

It's not MegaBytes per second... its MegaBits per second. The speed you are recieving is fine.

I don't know, doesn't seem to be that accurate with uploads. I personally like Speakeasy's...

Well, noone has an aswer [the test I used was from retsam's link] so I'll assume most servers can't give me anything over 100kb/ps. Thanks for the test links retsam and OWA.
