I'm all for kinky sex, but any responsible gun owner knows you never point a loaded weapon at someone (unless it's for obvious reasons). Personally I've never even pointed an unloaded firearm at anyone. It's just being responsible. However, I think it's lame that the State would charge him, and try to sentence him to prison. If the girlfriend charged him for assault, that's fine. But it's sad any way you look at it.
