what the truck are you on about, the driver works fine here and on several nf3/4 systems

IDE 667 is compatible with all nforce ide/sata controllers
smsbus 4.56 is compatible with all systems.
gart and memctrl are also both fully compatible, neither have been changed.
the only change between the 9.34 remix is the installer version, raidtools and namtools

edit

i see what you mean now Garikfox.

file fixed

Hows the Ethernet driver working ?

Has anyone played a online game for more then 2+ hrs. with them yet ? With no BSOD ?

(Just tried to install the Ethernet, A NO go ! Cant find any driver related in its folder)

nvnetxp.sys and nvenet2k.sys become nvenetfd.sys

If your machine is bsodding at startup then follow this

I've found a solution to those who experience BSODs after the install of the new Ethernet driver. If you still have access to the partition holding your current installation of Windows (through a Boot CD, even through the Recovery Console of Windows Setup), all you have to do is to delete:

X:\Windows\System32\Drivers\NVENETFD.sys

and reboot. That's what I did, and now I'm back on my regular Windows copy.

SMBus 4.57 is not very important...

:)

But SMU driver is useless as it is actually not installed by Installer :D

in this new kit it will be coz smbus contains the smuc controller :P

but its not needed anyway

I attempted to use the new NAMsetup.exe included here (WinXP 32bit/nForce4), but the version supplied in the 9.35 install package will present a "ForceWare NAM is not available on this system".

I grabbed a copy of the latest version included with the 6.86 package from nVidia, and those seem to allow the install to proceed without issue. I realize not many people use NAM anyway, but I'm ever hopeful that someday they'll fix the corruption issue. I haven't yet tested the 6.86 NAM - was going to jump straight to the remix. But I'll give 6.86 (NAM only) a shot now and see...

EDIT:
Wow. Using 9.35 Unified Remix + NAM from nVidia's 6.86 package, so far all corruption issues are gone. I'll need to run it a few days to verify, but this is the first time I've not needed to switch to 'Not Offloadable' for half the options. It didn't take much effort before to see the corruption, so this is a good sign...

If you use NAM 5x.xx with Ethernet NRM drivers 6x.xx you could have problems...

But in fact, yeah NAM 60.18 is only for nF5 for instance... and the 60.xx from the beta 9.xx where buggy on nF4. :D

I wondered if there could be problems by mixing drivers like that. Any idea what issues appear? So far things seems stable, but you never know. I'm curious why the 60.x version of NAM is included with the Unified Remix if it is for nf5 only? Again, probably because most people don't trust using NAM at this point... ;) I'm just stubborn and want to see what I paid for work.

A clean F6 install with the Remix drivers does not work! (for x64 Version)

did anyone tried installing a normal marvel driver instead of nvidia gigabit nic?

i have two 939 boards

one has dual gigabit with two marvell chips, driver wise one is marvell second is nvidia.

second board has realtek and marvell chips, driver wise one is realtek and second nvidia.

these nforce nics run on marvell chips, problem is that nforce nic driver are not really that reliable, especially with that data corruption some people have.
