For some reason my PC gives me 1 long beep (2sec) which happen like 2 times random, I cleared CMOS and till now I didn't get the problem.

what does 1 long beep mean ? just 1 long beep and then the PC continue to boot and I can hear windows logging sound but I can't see anything on the monitor.I also can control the windows like pressing the windows button and then restart/shutdown which prove that windows is working but strange why it gives me 1 long beep a first and monitor isn't detected ? turning off PC and powering it again PC will work fine and gives me normal short beep and monitor works.

I'm not sure what Bios kind you have but it's probably Award, so that means that the beep means video card issue, especially considering that you can hear but can't see anything. BTW, I too am having an issue with beep error messages when I start my computer, if anyone who reads this wouldn't mind going here http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=934869#post934869
and see if they can provide any help. Thank you.

Sounds like a failing video card. Try reseating the video card and see if it still happens. If it does, replace it with a known good video card.

Does it happen on a reboot or a cold boot?
