I think you need a reformat, and then need to quit viewing those pay-per-pop porno sites lol.

YOU DEFINITELY DON'T NEED TO REFORMAT
Most malwares are not so difficult to remove.
If you search Google about the software you downloaded you should find instruction how to remove it..
You can also search Google about the 4 .exe you identified and find instruction how to remove them.
msmsgs.exe is most likely not spyware or virus, it should be "Windows Messenger" depending where the file is located.
http://www.neuber.com/taskmanager/process/msmsgs.exe.html
You can disable the Messenger if you're not using it.

Here is a good page about Malware Removal and tools you can use.
http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407
No need to use them all. I like and use:
Ad-Aware SE
Microsoft Windows Defender
Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool
CCleaner
AVG Anti-Virus
ewido anti-malware
SpywareBlaster
HijackThis
All the above are free or have free version

Now follow the instruction on the above link and if you still have problems you can post the "HijackThis log" on the above forum, somebody will identify the bad files and help you to remove them.
Most security forums will do the same.

The best prevention is
Use Firefox not IE (IE 7 should be OK or at least better}
Don't download anything free unless you learn more about it, (use Google).

msmsgs.exe (unless an infected version) is not spyware. It's Microsoft's Messenger Service. You can disable this entirely by going to Start > Run > services.msc > Right click Mssenger Service > Properties > Disable.

As for the others, run HiJackThis!, Ad-Aware, and Spybot in safe mode. There are also very explicit instructions for manually deleting most widely know forms of spyware and malware. Just do as your sig says and Google each one. ;)

Not that I condone it, but next time you download a keygen, scan it first, eh?

I think you can fix this with a program called SmithFraudFix.

It will remove:

ismon.exe
issearch.exe
ishost.exe

However, you shouldn't download keygens in the future.

The link to smithfraud fix is in one of those messages. It should fix your problems.
